My sincerest apologies, but I have been meaning to write to you for several weeks now, but have been very busy with Chinese New Year etc. We have travelled extensively with our family over the past 4 years, and we all agree as a family that our trip to India has been the best to date, due to the incredible efforts of you and your team. We enjoyed every single moment of the trip, and cannot thank you enough for the organisation and thought that was put in to our itinerary. From being picked up at the airports, to the hotels, to the tour guides in every location - we could not have been happier.
We would like to make a very special mention of our driver Kuldeep who was incredibly helpful, and drove amazingly well in some very difficult conditions. We felt extremely safe and well looked after by Kuldeep at all times.  Since returning to Singapore we have referred TBI to many of our friends, so hopefully you see some flow on business from that!
Thanks again Malayanil - it was an amazing family holiday, creating everlasting family memories for us all, and we are extremely thankful to you and the team at TBI. Our trip was very enjoyable thank you. I would recommend you to all my friends that visit India. Thank you for making this a wonderful trip for my husband and myself.

Thank you for your nice email regarding our feedback so far. Everything was a 100% success-story for all of us. We have been lifted from spot to spot by TBI in a top excellent way! It was great TBI-people all the way round.
